The shower head was too heavy for the holder and did not stay up properly. I managed anyway.

i asked for pillows, but they didn't send them. there weren't enough hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. the laundry room had a few washers, but the dryers took too long to dry clothes.

i liked being in a shopping mall because it offered restaurants and a grocery store. the tube station access was also very convenient. travel time to attractions was about 30-40 minutes. the free laundry room was a great amenity to have. the breakfast was delicious with many options.
finding the hotel initially was slightly difficult, since it is inside the westfield mall.
